Gedrick Comiso took a pass from Carter Oehme late in the match but put his shot just wide of the goal.
Alex Lee scored the Indians’ only goal of the game off an assist from Oehme in the first half. That tied the game at 1-1 at the time.
Peyton Magness gave the Jaguars (6-1-1) a 1-0 lead with a goal in the 19th minute, and Pierce Lysinger scored in the 39th minute to put them ahead 2-1 at halftime.
Manhattan (2-4) will return to action Monday when it plays at Wichita North.
