INCIDENTS
Police arrested Anthony Edwards, 38, of Manhattan at about 3 p.m. Friday on a Wyandotte County District County Court warrant for violating probation. Edwards has been released from Riley County jail on $25,000 bond.
Officers responded to a burglary at about 7 p.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of Seaton Avenue. A 29-year-old man reported that two handguns; Glock 43x and G45 were stolen from his apartment for a loss of about $1,100.
Police responded to battery at about 2 a.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Moro Street. Someone reported a 21-year-old man being struck in the head by someone he does not know during a fight at Fat Shack, causing him to have a seizure. The victim went to Via Christi for treatment.
Officers arrested Oscar Herrera, 24, of Manhattan at about 6:45 a.m. Sunday for domestic battery, battery, criminal threat, criminal damage to property and criminal restraint. He reportedly restrained, hit and threatened a 31-year-old woman he knows and broke a television valued at about $100. Herrera is held at Riley County jail on $12,000.
