As far back as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed listening to the stories of others. Now that I am in charge of delivering books to homebound patrons, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some amazing people who have shared their stories with me as well. Hearing what it was like to be a woman and wear pants to work during the 50’s and 60’s, had me thanking this brave lady for helping pave the way for the rest of us who also prefer pants. Her story led to a discussion about a book she had recently read, “Lessons in

Chemistry” by Bonnie Garmus, which she let me borrow.
