INCIDENTS
Police reported criminal damage to property at about 7:45 a.m. Monday in the 3400 block of Lombard Drive. The person who called law enforcement told officers a person they do not know damaged two fence gate doors and two metal security doors at Bergman Elementary School for a loss of about $5,000.
Officers reported theft at about 12:15 p.m. Monday in the 5600 block of Goheen Drive. A 29-year-old man and Dream Builders LLC told police someone broke
into a utility trailer at a construction site and stole Dewalt tools from inside for about a $2,000 loss.
Police arrested Anthony Moss, 56, of Manhattan at about 11 a.m. Tuesday for four counts of violating the Kansas Offender Registration Act by failing to maintain registration. Moss is held at Riley County jail on $30,000 bond.
Officers arrested Isaac Hagans, 25, of Manhattan at about 2:15 p.m. Tuesday while in the 2700 block of Eureka Terrace for possession with the intent to distribute marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hagans is held at Riley County jail on $8,000 bond.
Police arrested Eladio Alvarez, 44, of Manhattan at about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday on two Riley County District Court warrants for violation of a court order. These warrants stem from original charges of possession with the intent to distribute. He is held at Riley County jail on $220,000 bond.
Officers reported theft and criminal damage to property in the 3300 block of Dickens Avenue. A 32-year-old man told law enforcement a 45-year-old man cut a 10G extension cord on his property and stole an AGP exhaust manifold for a loss of about $3,100.
