Police arrested Arthur Mickey, 34, of Manhattan at about noon Monday on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This warrant stems from an original charge of criminal damage to property. Mickey was also arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Officers reported a theft and criminal use of a financial card at about 2:30 p.m. Monday in the 8200 block of South Port Drive. A 23-year-old woman told law enforcement someone stole her credit card from her car and used it to make three purchases for a total of about $2,944.
