Police reported criminal damage to property at about 8 a.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Fremont Street. McCullough Development, Cat Cans Portable Services and DIH LLC are all victims because someone spray-painted a building, a porta-potty and a shed for a total loss of about $1,50

• Officers reported criminal damage to property at about 11:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of North 14th Street. Someone damaged a lock to an apartment complex door and a washing machine at Four Pillars LLC for a loss of about $500.
• Police reported theft at about 3:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Moro Street when someone stole a 20-year-old man’s blue Trek Marlin bicycle from an alley while he shopped inside a store. The loss is about $800.
